limited emails permitted

I am trying to send out a newsletter to our clients
(about 150) and got severla meesages saying that the
newsletter did not reach the intended recipients and
this message "452.4.5.3 No more transactions permitted".
Can you assist me on this? Can I change my settings or
do I need to break this up over a few days? Please
help. Thanks.
