Limiting messages to address book

Is it possible to filter incoming email to only allow
messages from people in my address book? If it is how do
I set this up? Thanks!

No, this isn't possible. If you're getting a lot of spam, you might want to
look into third party antispam utilities.... www.cloudmark.com ,
www.spampal.com, www.giantcompany.com , www.mailwasher.net are some that
come to mind.
