Limmited users has problem with Word and Visio 2003

Operating system is Windows 2003 Server Ent.
Microsoft Office, Visio and FrontPage version 2003 are installed. Macros are
disabled exept for Access.

With an Administrators everithing is fine.
If I then change the same user to limmited (User or Power User): when I run
Visio or Word, the Windows installer apears, works for some time and then
the program starts. And this thing happens every time. No error is generated
and the program work just fine.


Windows installation is one day old. All updates are applied.
