Link Chart Colors and Patterns to a Query

I would like to link the colors and patterns used in my pie chart to the
different categories in my query.

For example; Contamination = green and diagonal lines, Damaged = blue with
polka dots, Seized = Orange with checkerboard.

I need help with the concept and the code.
