link to browser from outlook 2003

Can anyone please help.
I have just reinstalled XP and office 2003.With all the updates for both.
Now when I open up and e-mailwith a link to a webb page i.e an item i'm
selling on ebay. the pc is asking for me to find the browser link whereas
before it just went straight to it. Any idea why this has changed and how to
get rid of it.
