I have a daily project I work on that I create a new mail message for, link to the project, create a new Task for it and move to a particular folder when after its sent.
In 2004 I could pick "Link to - new task" from a drop down in the outgoing message's top menu bar, which would pop up a new Task window. Now in 2008 my process flow is interupted by having to select Links, which pops up a whole new window showing any existing links, and THEN have to go to New and create a new task, which pops up the task window. Is there any way to eliminate the extra step/window that was stuck into this process?
