link to phones #'s in Outlook address book from Excel.

How do I link to a specific person's phone number in our
corporate address book from an Excel spread sheet?
I work for a very large corporation with 50K+ employees.
I can set a column to link to specific email addresses,
but I have no idea how to link to the phone numbers.

I found that linking to email was too simple for my
complicated mind. I'm hoping that linking to phone
numbers is similar.

We have MS Office 2003.

I'm not even sure how you linked the email addresses. Maybe you can
enlighten us?
