Linked sheets - URGENT!

Hi,

I've having a little problem.

I copied some data from one workbook into a new one.

Now, everytime I go into my new workbook, its comes up with a dialo
box saying;

'the workbook you opened contains automatic links to information i
another workbook. Do you want to update this workbook with changes mad
to the other workbooks?'

and gives you the options, Yes or No.


Is there anyway to unlink/disable/turn off this link so I don't kee
getting the diaglog box?


Any advice would be much appreciated.

open the linked file
then gp to Edit>>Links>>Statup Prompt
and select "Do not diplay alerts...
