Linked Worksheets

I have a two worksheets linked to each other, using the
following formula:

=SUMPRODUCT(('S:\Richard Perkins\[Installation
Schedule.xls]Summary of Units'!$H$2:$H$124=C$3)*
('S:\Richard Perkins\[Installation Schedule.xls]Summary of
Units'!$E$2:$E$124=$B5))

I have then placed a calendar into the second sheet, which
tells me how many time each event occurs on that day. This
was a solution from this bb.

Now, however, when i add jobs to the lists $H$2:$H$124 &
$E$2:$E$124, the other spreadsheet does not update. I have
the setting to automatic, and remote reference ticked.

Is there something i am missing?

not sure but try this.
go to Tools/Options/Calculation. check if automatic is
checked.
