Linking "Contacts" folder to query in "Access"

When I select the query> file>get external data>Link to table>change file
type to Outlook>Contacts folder>click finish. I get a promp question. "do
you want to overwrite the table or query"? Yes or no. If I click No, it's a
continuous loop. If I click yes, it overwrites my query and basically
elliminates my query. My query is a particular "category" run from contacts.
I need this query but I want it linked to the contacts folder so it will
update as names that have the same category are added in the "contacts"
flolder.
Please help. Thanks
