Linking group of Option Boxes to Drop-down list values

hello.

highly appreciate anyone's timely help. i have a cell
containing a drop-down box containing 3 values and three
other cells next to it, each containing option boxes. id
like to group the option boxes and each option box when
checked displays one of the values in the drop-down box in
that cell.
