linking worksheets

I know how to link a worksheet and to link and object, but
I need to know when I want to create a hyperlink in
Workbook A on Worksheet A to Workbook B on Worksheet B I'm
currently
using '\\******\******$\D's\catalog\[parts_sheets.xls]
1843136C1'
1843136C1 is worksheet B and parts_sheets.xls is Workbook B
using that as the hyperlink it says it can not find the
file. that says where the file is located and what sheet I
want to go to...but it will not load up... I'm not even
sure if this is the right board for this but if you are
able to help please do, any advice would be appreciated!
