Is there a way to have links appear when a calendar event is open?
I looked in the general prefs, Mail prefs, and views but couldn't find
anything. What would be nice is an icon , flag or something to show me that
I linked the event to say an e-mail. I realize that clicking on link the
links are shown. Is there a way?
No, this is no way to know if a link exists or not. At least not in the open
Event window. Please "Send Feedback on Entourage" in the Help men u to
request this - it's an excellent idea,
You can make a custom view of All Events like this:
tem Types: ˆ Calendar Events [only]
Criteria Match <if ANY criteria are met>
<Category> <Is> <None>
<Category> <Is not> <None>
When you go to the custom view, you will see a list of all events. There's a
link column which shows if there's a link. Clicking on the Link icon brings
up a menu that gives you the name and type of link, and you can open the
link fro there. Double-clicking on the event entry opens the event itself.
