Is there a way to insert onto a OneNote page a link to an email in Outlook
rather than inserting the entire email?

Yes. You can create the link manually but it's easier to use Outlook Linker
(http://www.teamscope.com/otherpro/utilities.asp#linker) to create the link
and paste that into OneNote.
