list.

a folder named Mary how do I achieve it?

Go to Tools > Rules, and create a new rule that looks like this (replacing
[email protected] with her e-mail address and Mary Folder with the
folder you created for her):
* Execute actions if any criteria are met
IF From Contains [email protected]
THEN Move Message Mary Folder
ˆ Enabled
Click OK to close the window.
