List of fonts in dropdown starts with "@" fonts

Is there any way to remove fonts such as mingliuer.ttc,
msgothic.ttc, or simsun.ttc? They force an @ symbol in
the name of their font, which puts them at the top of the
dropdown font selector in Office.

Or shouldn't I be trying to remove them?

I'm running Office 2003 on XP SP2.

Hi, Dan,

I wouldn't remove them, because there may be a program that installed them
for a specific purpose. Fonts are part of the Windows operating system, so
if you have any further questions on fonts, you may have better luck if you
post to a Windows newsgroup.
