loaded 2007 office & it did not register - how can I manually reg

My boss left me load "her version of Home/Student 2007 Office" on one of our
agents laptops and she did not realize that there were no License's left. So
we loaded it onto the agents desktop.
The agent then started to receive a message that it was already registered
under another computer.
So the agent went and purchased a new 2007 Home/Student Office and I loaded
just now. It did not ask me to key in the "New Key # and is still showing
that it needs to be registered?
How can I do this manually?

MS H&S version of Office is not licensed for commercial use, and since you
refer to both 'boss' & 'agent' I have to assume its for commercial use.
