Loading Contacts from an Icon?

How can I load contacts from an icon with out loading outlook?

ie I can from the Start/Run/outlook:Contacts

What switch would I use after:
Target:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE"
