Local personal folder

How can I create a personal folder on my local hard drive that allows me to
move some of the files off the server to my local machine?

Thanks alot. Sometimes the simplest issue is the hardest to find a quick
answer for. I kept trying to create a new folder.

File | New | Outlook Data File.
