localization of application

hi.

I am using VB6 ,sqlserver2000 and CrystalReport for developing application.
i need to change my application language (English) to localised
language(germany,chinese).

1.How to conver all my application forms captions,labels,input data to
localized language.

2.I am having some master tables with data,how to convert (sqlserver )
database master tables data to localized language

3.i am using crystal report for output data ,how to convert the output data
to localized language.

pls find me to a solution.
