locate link browser

Using Outlook 2003, IE 6 latest patches, no servers etc.

When clicking on a url within email message, I get the
locate link broswer query back ... this just started
after downloading the latest security patch and junk
email settings, not sure how that affects things

What file / ddl should I be entering in response to the
dialog box?

Thanks

I set the location as suggested, and now it comes up
with "page cannot be displayed" and search query... so
this is a step backwards.

I tried repair of outlook 2003, then tried reinstall ..
and ends up with the same outcome of "page cannot be
displayed" .. with no dialog query of locate link

HOW DO I RESET ALL OF THIS TO START OVER?

THANKS

Is Internet Explorer still your default Browser? Control Panel -> Internet
Options tab Programs.
Do links from other programs still work?

YES .. IE6 is still default, and active links within Word
still work ... not question of just one link within
O2003, no hyperlinks work ...

so help still appreciated greatly...again, I have
reinstalled O2003 and IE6 with latest patches ..

What O/S (Operating System) do you use?

The Locate Link Browser Dialog Box Appears When You
