location of Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll

Hi,
I recently installed Office 2007 and i am doing some automation wiht
Excell so i needed to add reference to Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll and
i found this Dll while adding references which shows the following path.
C:\WINNT\assembly\GAC\Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel\12.0.0.0__71e9bce111e9429c\Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll

But i cna't see this DLL in any location in my machine ,I need this DLL ,
if have to deploy this Application.
