Location of the cache file for categories?

If Entourage's categories are stored in a cache file that is in danger
of being trashed where is that cache and what's it called. I am
thinking I could use Chronosync to back up and archive copies each day
as it changes. I've put a lot of work into multiple categories and
have just read serveral posts here that make categories seem rather
ephemeral database-wise.

Categories are stored with everything else - in the database.

Categories are stored with everything else - in the database.

That's good to know. I back that up every week and keep a couple of
months worth of backups. So if I lost my categories I could just roll
back to the database file that still had them intact. Thanks.
