Bummer - care to share some details?
Outlook Version? Mail Format? When it started happening? What was
installed/uninstalled/patched just before this started happening? What
troubleshooting steps you have already taken to save us the time to suggest
them again?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
