Login Failure, please help

Every once in a while entourage will say "login Failure...wrong password"
so then I have to enter my password manually to get it to work again. It
happens about 7-8 times a day. In may account settings it shows that the
password it there, my keychain has it in there also.
I have run keychain first aid, did not make a difference.
I have had this problem for a while now. I talked to Microsoft a couple of
times and they tell me to call Apple???

Delete the keychain entry for the password, then let entourage recreate it.
This usually fixes the problem (for a few weeks, at least).
