Login problem w/ upgrade Access version

Hello,

I have an Access database created in 97 and have been working wonderfully in
a shared network drive. The database is fully secured with users login, etc.

Last week the System Admins upgraded MS Offices on the users PC from 97 to
2000. So now when users login, they couldn't open the database. It kept an
error about not able to convert the database.

What can I do to fix this problem? Thanks for any suggestion.
