I am using Outlook 2003 with WinXP Pro. I set up my signature using HTML
w/word editor. I insert the company logo in my signature. When sending my
signature w/logo it looks wonderful, but when it gets to another computer,
the logo comes as an attachement and my signature looks like it is double
spaced. Also the link to our website, which is at the bottom of the
signature, is there twice. Also when I try to send a UPS confirmation to
someone, it comes to them with all the graphics as attachements and the text
spread out over about 5 pags.
