Looking at my Outlook 2003 "Connection Status"

Hi,
So, using the method posted on the site regarding Cntrl+right clicking on
the Outlook 2003 icon in the Sys Tray and selecting Connection Status, I
only see listings for Mail and Directory: My company servers are listed
at:

abc-exchange.abc.com Type: Directory
abc-exchange Type: Mail

No listing for the Free/Busy server at all. Any ideas?
