Looking for a freeware anti-spam utility add-in

I would like recommendations for such a tool that incorporates itself into
the Outlook interface like IHateSpam. I'd like to stay away from the type
that runs separately. Is there a good tool available?

TIA

Use the tools within Outlook to create a series of filters for yourself.
I've done this and I only get one or two slip through in a week's time, the
rest just get deleted. I don't trust spam killer packages as there are a lot
of bogus spam killers out there that are in fact parasite programs. Another
factor is if you run another application, you are using more of your
computer's resources. Keep it simple!

Rich,

I know you said free but I'd suggest looking at Matador anyway
(http://www.matador.com/products_matador.html). It integrates into
Outlook really well and I have found it to be extremely effective in
cutting down my spam/virus emails. Quite accurate too

There is a nag screen when you start Outlook but never expires (you
using it feeds some data into their Enterprise edition which they make
$$$ off). It's US$29 to buy which is money well spent imho.

Cheers,
Geoff
