Looking for a specific template

I am looking for a template that could provide me a foundation for tracking
sales, calls, leads, for a small sales group of four people. I would also
like to project sales from these tallied results and report on efficiecies
for sales activities. Does anyone know of such a template? Thanks- Crystal
