looking for a treatment template

I am looking for a template that would be used to make a treatment flow
chart. One column for the patient the other columns would need to be half
cells(basically 2 cells that would fit in the space of 1 cell). I dont know
if this is possible or not.

I'm not exactly sure about what you are trying to accomplish but have you
looked into the Split and Merge Cells functions? These will allow you to
split a single cells and to merge multiple cells. So for your table you can
split the cell to the right of the single, larger, cell into two cells.
