Looking for family calendar template

Has anyone a template for a family calendar where you can see say what all 4
family members are doing in one month on each page.
Maybe the days for Jan listed vertically on the left and then four columns
on the right one for each member of the family.

I have not seen anything like that. However, there are a couple of
calendar templates that could be modified to suit your needs.
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC012334471033.aspx?CategoryID=CT011653371033
shows small thumbnail calendars with a section for notes.

What I would do to modify this calendar is to strip out the extra
months, and add additional columns for notes. When dealing with most
calendar templates, you will find that the calendar's themselves are
tables, and very often they are sitting inside of either textboxes or
frames.

You may also find something a little closer to what you want if you
snoop around in the Schedules and Planners section.
