Looking for In depth write-up of Array Forulas syntax?

Does anyone know a book or reference that has a reasonably
comprehensive write-up of array formulas?

I have reviewed many Excel books and they only have a high
level review of Syntax. I have also looked at online
help. As there are many Formulas that can be used with
arrays I am not sure of the Syntax.

Perhaps there is an expanded excel file with examples?

I know array formulas have drawbacks (speed etc.) But
seem very powerful.
