Looking for status fields - Updates sent, updates accepted, Reject

I am accessing Project server database for reprorting from ouside of Project
server. The time data for the task by the resources is being updated via PWA
(Web). I am Looking for status fields - Updates sent, updates accepted,
Rejected. Any ideas where these are stored?
