Looks good in one, bad in another

The never-ending question I suppose: How do I get my pages to look close to
uniform with the browsers. I'm using IE 6.0, and two testers are using IE 5.0
and 6.0 and my page comes up different in all three. Especially pusing the
entire page wide when I set it up on a small design for 800x600. Could
someone please take a look and offer suggestions? I would appreciate it much!

Thanks!
