At least I must be simple!
Please advise. I have a sheet where each cell represents one training
course. Y axis shows venue, X shows date. Fill colour shows teacher, number
reversed from fill colour is number of people on the course.
What I wish is to click the cell and have an editable list of names of the
people who will be attending. Needs to be copiable to clipboard. If it could
be headed by the date and the other details that would be good, but maybe
beyond excel.
Maybe the number of names in the lookup would inform the number showing in
the fill? Maybe not.
There will be up to 100 courses and there will be messing and swapping up to
and beyond the course date. Not sure if 100 lookup documents is cool, or
whether there could be 100 worksheets below the masterpage (could be) or 100
areas on another sheet.
Any simple suggestions please for a simple person? I'm good at some things!
