Up to about a week ago, this problem did not exist. Now it happens each
time I quit Entourage 2004 and launch. The Folder List disappears and when
I go into View, Folder List is unchecked. I re-check it, but the next time
I quit and launch, the same problem recurs.
Is there one or more preference file/s that I should delete?
