Losing Blocked Sender list

Help,

Everytime I close Outlook Express 6, my blocked sender
list is erased. Why is that happening, and how can i fix
it so that it does not keep getting erased?

Thought maybe I have to edit my registry, but hope there's
a safer answer/solution
