Since updating to SP2, Entourage has been acting quirky. Sometimes, it
will fly along for days without a hiccup, and others, it will
disconnent me from the server every 20 minutes. The program will
randomly kick me off and say it could not retrieve mail and ask if I
want to reenter my password information. It makes no difference
whether I click yes or no, it won't reconnect. If I simply shut down
Entourage and restart, it connects and I can continue. We are running
Exchange Server 2000.
My next step in trouble shooting would be to delete my Exchange account
from Entourage (and all the messages) and recreate and resync. I would
prefer not to have to do this, though, so wanted to see if anyone had
encountered this issue already and had solved it.
