Loss of mail folders when upgrading to OutLook 2003

Hello,

I recently upgraded a user from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003. I was
notified by the user that two personal folders had not migrated to the
new Outlook 2003 configuration. Has anyone else experienced this?? Is
there any way to recover the 'lost' folders with the contents?? Any
help would be appreciated.

Try using the File | Open | Outlook Data File command to open the .pst
files.
