Lost Address Book

B

bensonmary

My nieces recently moved my Windows folder from C drive to
D Drive (can't remember why anymore because we are all
elderly), but now I can't use my "TO" in new messages; I
have Outlook Express 6. They have done a search for
address book and it appears in the search, but when I hit
the "TO", a big red X appears in a box. My typing is not
so good so typing in addresses in my email messages is
very difficult. Any HELP, suggestions would be
appreciated. My nieces are stumped.

Hi Mary,

I don't know the answer to your question, sorry -- the group you posted to
is actually for a different program ("Outlook" is part of the Microsoft
Office suite of programs, and is not the same as Outlook Express). For help
with your OE questions, click

http://communities.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.asp?icp=InternetExplorer

and then click the plus sign next to "Internet Explorer 6.0" on the left
hand side. The list will expand and you will see the link for the Outlook
Express 6.0 group underneath -- click "Outlook Express" and you'll be taken
to the right newsgroup. You may also want to go to

http://insideOE.tomsterdam.com

where you will find a lot of valuable help and information on Outlook
Express. Good luck!
