Lost Address Book

Lost the address book when I upgraded operating system
from 98ME to XP Pro. The address book is missing in
Outlook 2003.
Is there anyway to find and restore the address book?

Outlook does not even use an address book.
Please describe your symptoms more accurately. Be sure you mention the
status of your Contacts Folder.
