Friends, earlier today I was moving documents from my internal hard
drive to my external hard drive, and placed all of the documents in
the Documents section of my Finder Window into a new folder called
Documents 07, and then move that folder to my external drive. After
completing that action, I deleted by contents in the Document
section. It appears that action wiped out all my old email and my
email settings, too. How do I migrate this information back from my
external drive (within the Documents 07 folder) and restore this past
data?
