Lost All Settings, Emails, Projects etc...All data

I simply clicked on Entourage this morning like I always do and I have
lost all of my settings, emails, projects etc... Everything is like I
have a brand new version of Entourage with the Welcome email from
Microsoft and only myself in the contacts section... Can anyone please
help me figure out how to recover and reset? Thanks.

I found a file called Main Idenitity which enabled me to restore some
of my contacts and some of my calendar events but none of my emails.
Please give me some help and tips. Thanks.
