Lost Calendar entries

I had extensive entries in my entourage calendar beginning in may
2006. But when I opened up entourage one day in late Jan 2007, all my
previous calendar entries were wiped clean. Is this data on my hard
drive somewhere and how can I recover it?
I do not synch entourage to any other devices or applications. I
checked and the info is not on my ical.
There was some pretty important information on there and I'd really
like to recover it.

Sync Services can cause data loss. It's imperative that you have backups
when you are syncing.

At this late date there is not much you can do unless you have a backup.

thanks for your reply. I did not do any synching procedures. I have no
devices I synch, so that would not have done it. Any ideas for
searches I can try within my hard drive??

You don't have to have devices to sync. You can sync to iCal and the Address
Book as well as .Mac. Look in preferences under Entourage in the menu bar.
Look under Sync Services and see if you have anything checked.

Entourage keeps all of it's data in the database. If its missing then its
gone.
