Lost Data

I am using Windows XP SP3 with MS Office 2003 installed.Lately I reformated
my HD but forget to backup my Outlook pst. data.Again I do a second time
reformat on the same day due to the unstablity of the system.
Now I am very sad that my pst. data was unable to recover even I use 3rd
party software 'Recover My Files' to do it.
Please kindly assist me to have my pst.data recovered.Thank you.

Unless you have a previous backup it's GONE. For EVER. PERIOD. What do you
think "formatting" the HDD does?

Sorry, by formatting not only once but twice, you have pretty much
ensured that the file in question will not be recovered by anyone other
than a certified data recovery company.
