My bosses iMac crashed and after doing an OS 9.1
reinstall the email was gone. I have found the database
files in 2 locations, 1 in documents:Microsoft:Identities
and another under the Microsoft Office folder. However
niether of these files seem to contain his email. Somehow
Microsoft Office created 2 set of these files and I am
wondering if the database files were overwritten. Has
anyone successfully recovered from this problem, if so
how was it accomplished.
