Lost entourage data.

I accidentally moved the "Microsoft User Data" file to the trash and lost
the data from Entourage. How do I get this back without loosing all of
my data?

Have you emptied the trash? If so, you're sunk. Otherwise, just drag that
MUD folder back into your documents folder. Entourage will have recreated a
new one when you fired it up, you could just delete that, unless you already
have stuff in there you want to preserve, in that case, drag it out
somewhere safe and come back for more instructions.
