I have a form with over 40 checkboxes, each of which has entry and exit
macros (which ensure that each checkbox is checked exclusivley within the
table cell in which it is located). I created the first three checkboxes
from the form fields toolbar then duplicated them using cut and paste.
When the document is in use (ie protected) the form randomly and suddenly
"loses" all its checkboxes. When I unprotect the DOC and show fileds
(Alt-F9) the field codes are visible but when I request the properties (with
a right-click) I get this message...
"The command was unavailable because the form field was not inserted with
the Forms toolbar or by using the Insert Form Field dialog box"
When I interrogate the properties with a VBA subroutine it says that "the
object has been deleted".
What's wrong?
