lost mail

gerry Pineau

I had my windows xp boot partition crash. The only
corrupt file there was windows\system32\config\system
The rest of th disk is still readable but that was enough
to keep it from booting. I had to re-install xp on
another disk. I have most everythig working again but...

I used office outlook (not outlook express). Anyone know
how I can get my old email and settings from the old disk
that is still readable?

Thanks, Gerry

Look for a file with the .pst extension.

Hi,

Please search for *.PST in your system. Remember to searchin Hidden
Files and Folders.

If you find it, you can get back the data into the New Outlook through
the Outlook's Import Wizard.

Hope this helps !!!
